About Us

The Legal Watch is a boutique law firm with local footprints and global reach. It provides end-to-end contract-related legal support services including consulting, training and outsourcing. It was founded in 2017 by author and lawyer Ranbir Singh along with other commercial contracting specialists.

Ranbir has 18 years of experience in Commercial Contracting, Corporate Legal Advisory, Legal Research, and Commercial Arbitration/Litigation.

His published works include a book titled Indian Contract Law (a commentary on the Indian Contract Act, 1872) and Law of Limitation published by Thomson Reuters in 2022 and 2020 respectively.

Earlier during his career, he has worked in legal support functions for various organizations such as CPA Global, LexisNexis, Colt Technologies, and SirionLabs.

He did his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2001 and 2004 respectively.
